The business was founded and is led by Kimberly Riley, who brings over 20 years of experience working as a Dental Hygienist, alongside her earlier experience as a Dental Nurse.

Having worked across private, NHS, and mixed practices, as well as in the military, she understands first-hand the pressures dental teams face when a clinician is unavailable.

Missed hygiene appointments don’t just impact patient care — they affect practice flow, team morale, and revenue. Finding the right temporary cover quickly can be difficult, and not all locum solutions offer the consistency or quality practices need.
